Welcome to LearnCircles.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LearnCircles website, learner accounts, courses, live classes, educational resources, and related services.

LearnCircles is operated by Amit Kumar, an individual business owner based in Panipat, Haryana, India.

By accessing LearnCircles, creating an account, enrolling in a course, making a purchase, attending a class, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use LearnCircles or its services.

  1. About LearnCircles and Acceptance of These Terms

LearnCircles provides online professional education and training services, including live instructor-led classes, technology and professional courses, certification-oriented training, educational resources, assessments, learning activities, learner accounts, and related support services.

The specific features, duration, schedule, curriculum, pricing, access period, and requirements may vary by course.

By using LearnCircles, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Where we require you to actively accept these Terms during account registration or checkout, your electronic acceptance may be recorded.

  1. Eligibility and Learner Accounts

LearnCircles is intended for adult learners.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law to create an account or purchase a LearnCircles service.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Keep your information updated;
  • Protect your login credentials;
  • Not share your account with another person;
  • Not permit unauthorized access; and
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or sublicense your LearnCircles account.

LearnCircles may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the account, platform, learners, or our services.

  1. Course Enrollment and Course Information

Course enrollment becomes effective when the applicable registration and payment requirements have been completed and LearnCircles confirms the enrollment.

Course pages may specify:

  • Curriculum;
  • Duration;
  • Schedule;
  • Delivery format;
  • Instructor information;
  • Price;
  • Prerequisites;
  • Access period; and
  • Other course-specific requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing the relevant course information before purchasing.

LearnCircles makes reasonable efforts to keep course information accurate but may correct typographical, scheduling, pricing, or other inadvertent errors.

Where course-specific terms apply, those terms will govern the particular course to the extent of any conflict with these general Terms.

  1. Live Classes, Schedules, and Instructors

LearnCircles may provide instructor-led live classes through online communication or learning tools.

You are responsible for joining classes using the access information provided and maintaining the equipment, software, and internet connection reasonably required to participate.

LearnCircles may reasonably:

  • Reschedule classes;
  • Change instructors;
  • Adjust the order of topics;
  • Update course materials;
  • Modify delivery arrangements; or
  • Make other operational changes.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide notice of material changes where practicable.

LearnCircles does not guarantee that every class or instructor will remain unchanged throughout a course.

  1. Payments, Pricing, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment method made available by LearnCircles.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Prices displayed at the time of purchase generally apply to that transaction, subject to obvious errors and applicable law.

A transaction may be delayed, rejected, or reviewed where payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, appears fraudulent, or requires verification.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable LearnCircles Refund & Cancellation Policy and any course-specific terms displayed before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Course Content and Educational Use

LearnCircles courses may include presentations, videos, documents, slides, demonstrations, exercises, assessments, quizzes, assignments, and other educational resources.

Course content may be updated from time to time to improve accuracy, relevance, security, or educational value.

The materials included with a course depend on the particular course purchased.

Educational materials are provided for learning purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee that all information will remain current indefinitely, particularly where technology, software, certification requirements, or industry practices change.

  1. Learner Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use LearnCircles responsibly and respectfully.

You must not:

  • Provide fraudulent or misleading information;
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to LearnCircles systems;
  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
  • Circumvent security or access controls;
  • Interfere with the operation of the website or classes;
  • Scrape or systematically collect protected content without authorization;
  • Resell or redistribute LearnCircles services or materials;
  • Share paid course access with unauthorized persons;
  • Use LearnCircles content to operate a competing commercial training service without authorization;
  • Upload LearnCircles materials to public or third-party platforms without permission; or
  • Otherwise use the services unlawfully or in a way that materially harms LearnCircles or other users.
  1. Intellectual Property, Course Access, and Recording

Unless expressly stated otherwise, LearnCircles and its licensors retain intellectual-property rights in course materials, videos, presentations, assessments, website content, branding, educational resources, and other proprietary material.

Purchasing a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the relevant materials for your own educational purposes during the permitted access period.

You may not:

  • Resell course materials;
  • Sublicense them;
  • Publicly distribute them;
  • Upload them to another platform;
  • Reproduce them for commercial purposes; or
  • Use them to create or operate a competing commercial training service.

Unless expressly authorized by LearnCircles, learners may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly publish live classes or instructor content.

  1. Certification, Educational Results, and Career Outcomes

LearnCircles provides training and education. We do not guarantee:

  • Passing a certification examination;
  • Achieving a particular examination score;
  • Obtaining a certification;
  • Employment;
  • Promotion;
  • A specific salary;
  • Career advancement; or
  • Any other particular professional outcome.

Where a course relates to a third-party certification, the relevant certification provider independently determines examination eligibility, examination policies, scoring, certification requirements, and results.

Course fees do not automatically include third-party examination fees unless expressly stated on the relevant course page.

Third-party trademarks, certification names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

  1. Learner-Submitted Content and Feedback

You may provide LearnCircles with questions, feedback, comments, reviews, assignments, testimonials, or other material.

You retain rights you already possess in your original content, subject to the rights necessary for LearnCircles to provide and improve its services.

By submitting content, you grant LearnCircles a limited right to use it as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide services;
  • Respond to your request;
  • Provide learner support;
  • Improve our services; and
  • Maintain appropriate records.

Where LearnCircles intends to publicly use identifiable testimonials or similar learner content for promotional purposes, we will seek appropriate permission or rely on another lawful basis where applicable.

  1. Third-Party Services and Website Availability

LearnCircles may rely on third-party services including payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication platforms, advertising services, and other technology providers.

Examples may include Razorpay, Hostinger, Google services, WhatsApp, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that LearnCircles or any third-party service will always be:

  • Available;
  • Uninterrupted;
  • Error-free;
  • Compatible with every device; or
  • Free from technical problems.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, hosting issues, network problems, security incidents, third-party outages, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for maintaining the equipment, software, browser, and internet connection needed to use LearnCircles.

LearnCircles may communicate with you through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels for:

  • Account administration;
  • Course enrollment;
  • Class schedules;
  • Payments;
  • Support;
  • Security;
  • Important service notices; and
  • Promotional communications where permitted.

You may opt out of promotional communications by using the applicable unsubscribe option or contacting:

Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop essential service-related communications.

  1. Suspension and Termination

LearnCircles may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to a service where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Material violation of these Terms;
  • Fraud;
  • Unauthorized account sharing;
  • Payment fraud or reversal;
  • Abuse or harassment;
  • Security concerns;
  • Illegal activity;
  • Intellectual-property infringement; or
  • Conduct that materially harms LearnCircles, instructors, learners, or service providers.

Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund, subject to applicable law and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  1. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnCircles provides its website and educational services on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • All information will always be complete or error-free;
  • Services will meet every learner’s individual expectations;
  • The website will always operate without interruption;
  • Third-party services will always remain available;
  • Educational content will guarantee examination success; or
  • Training will produce a particular employment or career result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a statutory right, consumer protection, warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnCircles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the website or services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, employment opportunities, data, or expected professional outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnCircles’ aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service will generally be limited to the amount actually paid by you for that particular service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

  1. Indemnification and Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify LearnCircles against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the services, fraudulent conduct, or infringement of third-party rights caused by your conduct.

LearnCircles will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, major infrastructure failures, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, third-party outages, or other force majeure events.

If you experience a problem with a course, payment, account, class, or other service, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be subject to the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory remedy or right that cannot legally be restricted.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection and other legal rights.

Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of statutory consumer forums or other authorities, disputes relating to these Terms or LearnCircles services may be brought before courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Panipat, Haryana, India.

Nothing in this clause is intended to remove or restrict any jurisdiction that applicable law requires to remain available to a consumer.

LearnCircles may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Services;
  • Features;
  • Technology;
  • Business practices;
  • Legal requirements; or
  • Regulatory obligations.

When material changes are made, we may provide appropriate notice where required.

The Last Updated date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised.

  1. General Legal Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by LearnCircles to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

These Terms, together with the applicable course terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other expressly applicable purchase terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the relevant LearnCircles services, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Electronic notices, confirmations, and communications may be used for contractual and service-related communications where permitted by law.
